This one-to-one, in-person session brings clear, practical support right to your doorstep—without any financial advice or sales. In this 45-minute home visit, I can: ✅ Break down pension jargon into plain English so you can confidently understand your documents and statements ✅ Walk you through your pension scheme (e.g., defined benefit, defined contribution, AVCs) so you know what you have and how it works ✅ Assist with completing pension forms such as retirement claims, transfer requests, or nomination forms ✅ Guide you through online pension portals using your own device, helping you access and manage your pension information ✅ Answer your questions about state pensions, lost pensions, and general retirement processes Whether you're preparing for retirement, managing multiple pensions, or just want to feel more in control, this session is designed to support you—clearly, calmly, and confidentially, in the comfort of your own home. Once you have booked your session, you will receive a confirmation from us once your booking has been accepted. Depending on your location, an additional travel cost may apply. If this is the case, we will notify you in advance—you will have the option to accept the additional cost or receive a full refund if you choose not to proceed. 🛑 Please note: This is a non-advisory service. Cancellation Policy

At Pensions Pathfinder, we aim to make booking your pension paperwork support session as simple and flexible as possible. Please read our policy below before confirming your appointment. 1. Booking Options You can book a session online or by contacting us All bookings will be confirmed as soon as you book for online and telephone appointents. For inperson visits you will recieved confirmation after booking Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for online and telephone appointments, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in no refund being made Missed appointments without notice may not be eligible for a refund. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and it will be at our discretion whether it is rebooked or refunded. 1. Booking Options You can book a session: Online via our website By email at hello@pensionspathfinder.co.uk ✅ Online and telephone appointments are confirmed immediately upon booking. 📩 In-person appointments will be confirmed via email after booking to ensure availability. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your online or telephone appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. For in in-person, visit it requires 48hrs notice Missed appointments without notice may not be eligible for a refund. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled. Rebooking or refunds will be at our discretion. 4. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All sessions must be paid in full before the appointment begins. 5. Scope of Support Our services are non-advisory.
